Student admissions process and student eligibility

enrollment
- To apply, parents can contact the student admissions office for an application form and pay the fee. The school will then assess the qualifications of applying students. To reserve a spot in the academic calendar, contact the admissions department at (034) 310-360. Simply apply and schedule a test date at the student admissions office

Documents for enrollment and testing
- 1. A copy of the student's birth certificate or passport
- 2. Copy of parent's ID card or passport
- 3. Student photo
- 4. Photos of parents
- 5. Latest grade papers
- 6. Copy of house registration
- 7. Medical certificate
For students requiring assistance or special care, kindly provide a copy of the educational psychologist’s document along with a medical certificate. This will enable our teachers to tailor their instruction to align with the student’s developmental needs.

testing procedure
- Nursery, Pre-K, and K1 students can enjoy some days - long trial to ensure parents are satisfied and can assess the associated costs.
- For K2 and K3 students, an English language and cognitive proficiency test is required. The test schedule will be provided by the academic department.
- Following the qualifying exam, student and parent interviews will be conducted, and results will be communicated within 1-2 days.

Student qualifications and surrender
If your child has already undergone assessment and testing, parents are requested to complete internal formalities within one week and pay the entrance fee. Failure to submit the entrance fee may result in the admission being offered to the next applicant if the class is full.
This admission offer is applicable only for students intending to stay for the entire academic year for continuity in their studies and integration into the academic system. The school may choose not to accept students who prefer monthly enrollment (except for nursery students). For payment details, parents can contact the Finance Department.

MAKE PAYMENT
- For Nursery class students, monthly payments are accepted as per the provided details and tuition rate.
- Kindergarten students have the option to pay either in full or in installments, as outlined in the school's tuition rate.
- Please note that the school retains the right to refund tuition fees in all cases if admission is surrendered. For further information, feel free to reach out to the school's Finance Department.
