Today was an amazing day as we kicked off the first yoga class of the semester right after school!
We began with calming breath exercises, helping students find inner peace and focus after a busy day of classes.
Our young yogis enjoyed balancing, stretching, and playful poses, which not only improved their physical stability but also their concentration.
